Quintas Wealth Management - Wealth Manager Vacancy

Quintas Wealth Management currently have a vacancy for an experienced Wealth Manager.  This position can be based within Munster with occasional travel to the Cork office.  

Reporting to the Director of Sales and Distribution, the successful candidate will be QFA qualified and have a background in brokerage, bank assurance or a similar environment. Between 3-5 years experience of working in a target driven environment and a proven track record of managing and developing a client base is essential.

The successful candidate will provide Life, Pension & innovative Investment Products and Services to a range of high net worth clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice to customers as part of a value added service
• Promote all investment, life and pension products and delivering sales, profitability and persistency targets.
• Develop strong relationships with new & existing clients
• Pro-active approach to business development & the cross selling of other products.
• Deal with a portfolio of High Net Worth Clients (HNW)
• Review clients personal finances and offer innovative financial solutions
• Develop relationships with key influencers
• At all times adhering to the highest level of professionalism and service

Requirements

• Proven sales professional in the provision of financial services.
• 3-5 years experience of working in a target driven environment and a proven track record of managing and developing a client base is essential.
• Significant experience in financial services is required.
• Proven track record of sales achievement in a customer-facing role.
• Ability to communicate by both written and oral means at all levels.
• QFA qualified
• A background in Bancassurance, Brokerage or similar environment is required
• Excellent influencing and interpersonal skills are essential in the role, as is the ability to relate to customers
• Applicants should be self-motivated, energetic, flexible and capable of maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and compliance in a demanding, target driven, sales environment.
• Applicants should be able to work both independently and as part of a closely-knit team.
• Strongly motivated self-starter capable of working effectively under minimum supervision.
• Good PC skills are required and full clean driving license is essential.
