EII
The Employment and Investment Incentive Scheme (EII) was introduced by the Finance Act 2011 and is a replacement for the BES. However, it is very much a revamped BES. The EII is a Tax Relief incentive scheme enabling eligible investors to avail of tax relief by deducting the cost of their qualifying investment from their total income for income tax purposes.
The 2012 Quintas Wealth Managment EII Fund is suitable for investors who:
- Are paying tax at the higher rate of 41% and wish to cliam tax relief on income earned for 2012
- Wish to make a minimum subscription of €10,000
- Wish to make a maximum subscription of €150,000
- Do not wish to access their fund for at least 4 years
